Welcome to the course that can
transform your life one step at a time. These are the seven key components which
will be focused on over seven weeks to inspire, support and encourage you to create
and manage the process of change in your life.
(1). Becoming more conscious
This first session is the
foundation from which to start the process of making changes in your life. We
will explore the tools that can help you to take a step back, to look at the
habitual ways that you live your life, and discover new choices that will allow
you to live each day of your life “differently”.
When we pause and reflect on what
we do with our time and energy we uncover the core beliefs and patterns which
are often operating at an unconscious level – this new awareness allows the
changes we want to make to unfold more easily and effortlessly.
(11). What do I really Want?
The clearer you are about what
you desire the easier it is to create. This is one of the most challenging
areas for a lot of people. It is easier to say what we don’t want rather than
what we do.
In this session we explore why
this could be true for you and provide some solutions and tools to change any
blocks that may be in the way of identifying what it is you truly want and
actually creating it.
(111) The practice of Self Care
The process of change can be
challenging at times, using up lots of physical, emotional or mental energy. It
is crucial to be strong and well grounded, or centered, so we can handle the
challenges that may come our way. This session will again provide tools and
show you how you can take really good care of yourself through the process of
change.
(1V) The practice of acceptance
Acceptance is a key component to
change. It can seem contradictory when the motivation for change often comes
from the dissatisfaction we experience with all or parts of our lives. In this
session you will learn how you can use this tool to move from a place of being
stuck in a place of satisfaction and peace which allows your life to evolve.
(V)Creating space
When we want to create something
new in our life we need to be able to create the space for it to come in. If
our lives are too tightly packed with commitments or “shoulds” it is very
difficult to welcome in or allow anything new to exist. This session will
enable you to recognize when there is no space and provide some tools to remedy
that.
(V1) Support Systems
Support systems are another
crucial element during the process of change. This session will explore how you
can identify what support systems could be good for you and how to integrate
them into your life. We also look at community and how to create a community
around you that nourishes, motivates, supports and encourages you.
(V11) The Practice of Gratitude
This is a well known tool which
many are familiar with already. During this session we will expand on how you
can use gratitude in a way to support you in times that you are stuck or
fearful in the process of change.
This interactive course will be
packed with practical and valuable information. Over the seven weeks you will
gather together a toolkit of resources that will help you to develop the skills
to enable you to truly transform your life and manage the process of change
that goes with that.
